Designer Pro can export SVG files. It contains the vector data of the cliparts as well as vectorized fonts. So types style information is preserved in the export. Designer Pro does not have its own printer dialog. Rather it creates PDF files that you can print. You're already comfortable with the pdf readers' printer dialog which has all the options that you need. Per default the pdf file automatically opens after it has been exported.
